Job Departments

Production – Handle motorcycle assembly, component fitting, and process operations.
Quality – Conduct inspections, measurements, and ensure product standards.
Assembly – Participate in motorcycle line assembly and quality output delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

For Males: Diploma Engineers, Arts & Science Graduates, ITI (any trade)
For Females: Diploma & ITI
Year of Passing: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
Age Limit: 18 to 23 years

Both freshers and recently passed-out students are eligible to apply. Experience is not mandatory, but candidates with a good learning attitude will be preferred.

💰 Salary / Stipend Details

Royal Enfield offers one of the best stipends in the industry for entry-level employees:

Diploma / Arts & Science Graduates: ₹20,500 per month (including allowances)
ITI Candidates: ₹18,750 per month (including allowances)
Performance Bonus: ₹12,000 Attendance Incentive after every 12 months (must maintain 90% attendance).
